we want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. we will give you a refund or send you a new size. we will exchange or refund items we sell provided they are returned undamaged in perfect condition with all their original packaging intact within 30 days of dispatch.

in the event that we have sent you incorrect, damaged or defective items, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the merchandise to us and we will waive the shipping costs of replacing it. no additional shipping will be charged if you are exchanging a product.

refunds will be issued within one week of returns being received.
